      I've been employed at bfcu for 15 years. It is a great environment. I feel bfcu is like my second home. Love my coworkers.

      Cons

      I love my job but I feel it is time to aquire more experience outside the credit union. Since I'm a supervisor any other position would cause a pay cut on my part.
