i can't find any pros

Cons

They don't treat their employees well and certainly don't pay you your worth. They ask inappropriate questions during the interviews. They're a scam that just take your money. There is a reason they only have 2 stars on here. Trust it.

passive aggressive staff remarkably insensitive back pedals on reimbursing moving costs doesn't reimburse transportation

Pros

good to get your foot in the door to living and working in Japan because they do help you with important paperwork (Japan is filled with nothing but paperwork)

Cons

Don't take feedback well Don't support ALTs in placements Don't pay well Lie/hide pay reductions and about benefits
