1) Pay is below average for comparable positions, across the board. 2) CEO does not listen to anyone. He just ignores huge problems and pretends they aren't there. Does no preparation for obvious macro issues. Then when the predicted problem comes along, he expects you to fix it while having no tools. 3) CEO also greatly misrepresents the capabilities and culture of the company, even in the face of extremely obvious counter-evidence. 4) Free, unpaid overtime is an expected norm. 5) The company as a whole is toxic and unprofessional. Everyone is constantly on-edge.
