Unstable job environment with poor management practices

They work on hire and fire model.

Cons

There is no job security. Working under the managers is very difficult as they do not have any long term goals and they keep changing the requirements. There is no work life balance, you will have to work on the weekeneds as well. Project deadlines are not discussed with Team prior to commitment.
