Borders College offers an excellent working environment. The facilities are modern, and comfortable. There is great CPD on offer and opportunities for career development. The practicalities of the flexible working arrangements on offer make for a good work-life balance. Generally management are supportive and empowering. If you are passionate about further education then Borders College is the place to be.

Change can be challenging for people to embrace in the public sector, but this is a generalised comment.
