Although they are profiling themselves as quite 'woke' these days, I do fondly remember the times where sexism was daily practice; massaging shoulders, making references to his now partner, then PA 'this brings back memories, you know you are sitting at the desk she was' while rubbing the person's leg. Also: management referring to employee of color as 'that black guy', introducing a new colleague as 'You will recognize them by their huge nose'. Playing loud music on Friday drinks while developers trying to make deadlines set by that same management. No wonder that several male colleagues tried hitting on the female colleagues; it was part of culture. 'Ah come on, don't be a killjoy, it was just a joke!' -> great words from the CEO.
