      Pros

      - you get great constructive feedback from everyone on the team - everyone is very approachable and there are no stupid questions - room to explore your ideas. they don't limit you.

      Cons

      - working from Canada gives me big FOMO cause I can't meet the Chicago team in person.

      Very flexible hours. Fun job. You get to meet a lot of college students and help them with their finances.

      Cons

      We never saw our boss in person and we did not meet other colleagues outside of our team. Other than that, it was really fun.
