Thanks very much for your comment and for your positive feedback about the company in general – it’s a plus that you see so much potential here and we’re grateful that you were motivated to share that – thank you! It’s an exciting time of high growth here and as we staff up significantly and expand our operations we fully acknowledge that there are bugs to be worked out. While exhilarating, growth is never easy and we appreciate that it can create an environment that does not suit everybody’s style. For some it’s a breath of fresh air to work in a blank slate environment where you take charge of your work and your development; For others, it may feel a bit too fast and uncomfortable – and we appreciate that our style is not for everybody. We are really concerned and sorry that you’ve had an unfavourable experience with HR. We run an open door policy here – philosophically and literally! We encourage all employees to come by and discuss questions and concerns. But we also understand that it can be tough having difficult conversations and that a forum like Glassdoor can be an excellent tool for taking a first step in addressing a personal work issue that otherwise may feel awkward to discuss in person. Again, we are sorry to hear you didn’t feel you had a positive experience, but we truly appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback.
