Often left short staffed due to poor scheduling, managers don't give many employees the time of day, employee reviews are few and far between so chances to get a raise are almost nonexistent

Cars are cool. That's about it.

Cons

No paid training. Preference given to veteran salespeople with opportunities taken away and given to salespeople who have been there longer. Long hours and a stupid vacation policy. Management is out-of-touch, some are manipulative sociopaths.
