Helping the patients with their self esteem

Cons

You don't know what your work schedule is until the day before or the morning of, you can work as long as 13 hours a day depending on what type of mood the doctor's in. Management doesn't care about you or any of your concerns at all only making goal. Pay isn't the best. you work with your hands all day so expect hand injuries by the first year of working here.

The hours are decent. Frequent three day weekends, nice people to work with, the offices are nice. There really is not much more to say

Cons

Leadership did not supply the needed tools for success and no one was open to suggestions to help. I know numbers don't lie but they certainly do not tell the whole story

Pros

Most employees (non-leadership...) who work there are really nice. Patient care is top-notch.

Cons

Nickle-and-dime and fear-based culture. Lots of unnecessary micromanaging. Good employees are not valued. Low pay for extremely high expectations, hence lots of recent turnover.
