- The company culture is heavily influenced by internal politics, which stems from certain management decisions. - Favoritism is prevalent, making career progression and recognition challenging for those not in favor. - Efforts and hard work are often met with additional responsibilities rather than appropriate monetary rewards. - Promotions come with minimal salary increments and don't match the amount of work or responsibility added, even for key personnel managing significant responsibilities. - Ultimately, employees who work hard and deliver results receive the same welfare, benefits, and monetary rewards as those who do not. - The company always talks about Bossard's core values and teamwork, but when problems come up, no one helps. Instead of working together, everyone starts blaming each other. - After interacting with staff across various departments, it became evident that many employees, including senior staff with significant responsibilities, receive low pay that does not match their roles.
