Pros

The Game Night Staff is a great team of young individuals to work with. You also get to work at all Boston Bruins home games, and attend events around the community to promote the team. It is a great atmosphere to work in, and your co-workers truly do become your great friends.

Cons

The biggest con of this job is that you are on a need be basis. You work all Bruins home games, and events that you are chosen to work. When there aren't any games, or limited events, it is hard to make any money. Most people in this position have a full time job, or multiple part time jobs. The other con is that there is really no room for advancement in this position. It is great to "get your foot in the door" but people are generally not hired to be permanent employees from this position. You are more on an intern level.
