Pros
No hierarchy. Fun and relaxing work space. If you are the hard working type this job can be very rewarding. You will earn a lot and you will learn a lot too. Very reasonable management team. You can discuss everything in your mind freely and openly.
Cons
You could feel tired from time to time but you will also be given time to blow the steam and relax if needed. No base salary could be challenging in the beginning but once you learn how to do things correctly and efficiently you do not have to worry about that part.
