Taking time off is never an issue, and flexibility is encouraged, which is rare in this field. The team environment feels more like a family-owned business, even though the company is expanding quickly. Management shows appreciation for clinicians, and there’s a sense of stability and consistency in how things are run.

      Cons

      Like most entry-level therapy jobs, there are expectations to see a certain number of clients daily to maintain salary. While that can feel demanding to some, I personally appreciate the consistency it brings to scheduling and income.
