Pros

Good food is served. Many diverse cultures and personalities are represented in management, and employee positions. Friendly and inclusive, Excellent, above normal starting pay for entry-level positions. Advancemet within company and to other locations is possible as well as fostered.

Cons

Only thing that comes to mind is that it is a kitchen, so you willl smell like a kitchen, and the employee roster changes frequently as in all of the food industry,
