Pros

- Extremely meaningful work across the city of Boston - BPHC is made up of people willing to go the extra mile on any given project. Everyone is very dedicated to the work

Cons

- Super low retention rates. Most people leave after 1.5-3 years. Impossible to get promoted or more $ because most employees are on a grant and/or union salary - Depending on the job, there is very little work life balance. Lots of employees are burnt out because they work overtime and weekends every single week. - Boston residency is required for most positions, which is unattainable with the salaries given
