      Pros

      CEO - she is sharp as a tack with a great deal of drive, reason, and passion

      Cons

      The America's leadership is failing and out of touch with market intelligence, setting market quotas and what is required to be successful. SOWs are delayed and there is a great deal of customer dissatisfaction. As a sales or marketing person, you are an island with zero support. The leadership does not have a customer-first attitude and expects customers in America to work India time. They also suffer from poor infrastructure and thus, poor communications.

      Pros

      I find that the technical expertise of the entire team is simply outstanding. As a sales person it is imperative to know that the team providing a technical solution can deliver superior code ahead of schedule and under budget.

      Cons

      The company is not widely known in the Boston area and has been under the 'radar' even though it has bee around since 2004 and achieved multiple INC 5000 Fastest Growing Awards.
