      Pros

      The company's purpose is an inspiration on a daily basis. We exist to solve a sustainability crisis and make a true difference in the world going forward. Why we exist and the collaborative support of amazing teammates make for a very rewarding work environment. On a more individual level, scientific curiosity is embraced and truly valued in our culture of innovation.

      Cons

      Botaneco's pace is not for everyone - we are in the growth phase of the company so employees are required to run fast to be ahead of consumer trends and expectations are incredibly high.

      Flexible work schedule, competitive benefit package and HSA, employee education valued, talented and diverse group of co-workers, exciting industry, opportunities to expand your areas of interest and knowledge

      Cons

      Small company so with continued growth there is a ongoing requirement to adapt and flow with the updating of new processes and systems (this could either be a challenge or a motivating factor) High expectations of employees during fast-paced periods, you need to be ready to hold your own as well as help out a co-worker at the same time.

      Innovative, focus on sustainability and bettering the world through products they sell, great co-workers, excellent salary & benefits, flexibility, opportunities to learn and advance skills

      Cons

      Not really a con but the company is very busy, there is a lot to do and fast changing priorities, great fit for someone who is adaptable and likes to learn
