      Pros

      - Energy is amazing - the coaches are really helpful - everyday is a different day - I feel like I am learning something new everyday - compensation and recognition based on performance, which I like a lot considering I came from corporate where everything is based on who I know.

      Cons

      It’s not for everyone. If you are an individual that believes in your own work ethics and willing to put in the work, then it is for you. If you don’t have intention to be better everyday, you will fall behind. However, my trainer does work with me on specific topics until I get the concept.

      I like their culture. Really supportive staffs, from front desk to management. The energy in the morning is really high. A lot of development tools that have helped my resume.
