      Debilitating for one's mental health

      Pros

      Some very good people who band together and achieve the best they can under very trying and confusing conditions

      Cons

      The CEO has a quality that money just can't hire, Narcissism. The depth of this condition would make for a great research project. The self belief that this man has is best described as "Fantasy". Surely the board of directors cannot all be guzzling the Kool aid with him.

      Pros

      They don't realise when they're being ripped off and lied to, so if you have the stomach for the toxic culture, you can milk them for everything they're worth.

      Cons

      Incompetent, arrogant and completely myopic global executive management. Incomprehensible approach to market. Unethical customer and partner relations. Slow product development lifecycle. Predatory commercial practices.

      Great business to work for, looks after people who try, work hard and want to succeed. Customer first culture and always try to do the right thing.
