Pros
It's a beautiful place to work and the other employees are nice. Servers make more then bartenders.
Cons
They say they are farm to table but actually the meat comes pre cooked, the beans come in cans, the eggs come prescrambled in vacuum sealed bags, and the owners have kitchen staff working like 16 hours between different location.
