      There are some seriously great people at Boulevard.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, toxic and incompetent individuals have been allowed to continue in their positions for years, setting the very wrong example for new employees coming in.

      Good health insurance and dental and vision

      Cons

      Horrible management across all departments. Low pay. Uses excuse of “industry standards” to underpay. Also did you read the Reddit post? Only reason they attempted to fix their systemic issues was because of a viral Reddit post and to save face.

      Pros

      The environment is so positive and welcoming! Everyone is eager to get to know you and to make sure that brewery guests are having an excellent visit! If you ever have a question, everyone is willing to answer it for you or find someone who can.

      Cons

      I honestly cannot think of anything aside from my training was a little lax.
