Pros

-Competitive pay, really good if you are in certain areas of the country -Remote culture and a reasonable work life balance means I get hours of my week back and can take my dog for a walk -Kind, compassionate people who are also really smart -Compelling vision with a great product

Cons

-We have aggressive goals, which creates strain throughout the business, but not unlike what I see in hyper scaling start-ups -Can be disorganized at times as we act nimble but are getting to be a good sized company -Would definitely recommend to a friend though. Its a good place to be!

In that time, I've had the opportunity to grow professionally in ways I couldn't have imagined, take on new challenges, and contribute meaningfully to the company's success. One of the things I've appreciated most is the level of transparency from leadership. As the company has grown and evolved, leaders have consistently shared context around decisions, company performance, and priorities. It creates a sense of trust and helps everyone understand how their work connects to the bigger picture. The people are another reason I've stayed. I've been fortunate to work alongside incredibly talented teammates who genuinely support one another. There is a strong culture of collaboration, and I've found that people here want to help each other succeed rather than compete with one another. I'm also proud of what we build. Boulevard serves businesses that help people feel their best every day, and it's rewarding to work on a product that makes a real difference for our customers. Hearing customer stories and seeing the impact of our platform reinforces that we're solving meaningful problems. This is a place where you can have an impact. If you're willing to work hard, bring ideas forward, and take ownership, your voice is heard. I've had opportunities to influence decisions, improve processes, and help shape outcomes well beyond what I expected from my role. Like any growing company, things move quickly, and priorities can shift, but for me, that's also been one of the biggest opportunities for growth. I've learned more here than anywhere else in my career, and I'm grateful for the trust, support, and experiences I've had along the way.

-Difficult Quota -Territories change frequently and are not all even playing fields -Stress trickles down from upper management -Micromanagement -PIPs are given out often, so it’s hard to feel secure
