Priorities can shift quickly as the company grows, which can be challenging for long-term planning. As with any startup, some processes are still being defined.

My experience working at Bounce AI was very disappointing. The company presents itself as professional and compliance-focused, but in practice there was little respect for employees or fair process. Concerns raised by staff were often dismissed, and situations that required sensitivity and proper handling were instead approached abruptly and without care. Communication from management was inconsistent, and decisions affecting employment were made suddenly, without meaningful discussion or transparency. Management must put an end to name-calling, mocking, and targeted behavior toward employees, as well as inappropriate intrusion into employees’ personal lives. Fear-mongering, intimidation, and conduct that raises legal or ethical concerns should not be tolerated. Leadership needs proper training on professional boundaries, labor law, and respectful workplace standards. The overall environment felt unstable and unsupportive, particularly for employees trying to perform their roles responsibly and in good faith. I would not recommend this company to anyone who values professionalism, respectful leadership, or a supportive workplace culture.
