      Pros

      Junior staff is excellent. Certain senior staff were phenomenal. Working at the intersection of policy, tech, and finance.

      Cons

      Unbelieveable mismanagment of senior staff. Partners unwilling to manage. No professional development opportunities. No respect. High-school drama vibes. Lies in interviews for prospective staff. Treats junior staff as unintelligent lackies.

      Fine pay, nice coworkers, good connections

      Cons

      Partners and management only care about profit. Have stopped caring what clients they take and whether they are mission-aligned. Exploit younger staff and have zero interest in creating a comfortable or kind culture. Zero effort to address harassment or diversity
