      Supportive and collaborative team environment. Opportunities to learn new skills and gain practical experience. Management is approachable and open to feedback. Good exposure to real projects and cross-team collaboration. Decent work-life balance depending on the team.

      High salary and work from home

      Cons

      The management does not care with employees' welfare. Several PH Employees were ousted right after the typhoon, without sufficient notice. American lawyers were ousted during Christmas season, without sufficient notice. They even had a mass lay off, including those new hires for only 3 months. Hence, there is no security of tenure. They micromanage the time monitoring even though employees were able to meet deadlines. The micromanagement is much stressful than the work itself.

      - pay was competitive - remote work - did not have a time tracker

      Cons

      - NO STABILITY - they promised no more lay offs but proceeds to do massive lay offs twice within a two month period - no career progression
