Low pay, infrequent raises, only 9 paid days off per year. Vacation accrues very slowly until you've been there a few years. As a family-owned business, family members can work there whether they are qualified or not, and apparently are not held to the same standards as regular employees. I fell victim to a highly placed family member who felt threatened when I pointed out a serious error in judgment.
