Business outlook
Pros
Everyone at BowHaus is great. The owner and the general manager are two of the best people you will ever meet. They are a small company so their benefits are still limited, but they are always adding more and working to expand this for their employees. Company culture is superb and no one is ever made to feel that their work doesn't matter. It's the best place I've ever worked.
Cons
Expanded PTO benefits would be nice, though I do think they are working on this.
