      Atmosphere is welcoming, Owners are straight up ethical and upfront with an open door policy. Co-workers make my job a pleasure. Office is clean and up to date with all necessities provided, including diet coke. My job is a win win.

      Nothing good to say about this company.

      Cons

      This company is awful. They hire and go through massive lay offs. Don’t work here if you want any security. Management only looks out for their own and they don’t care about any other employees other than family. They say that there’s so many people that move up but they never give anyone the opportunity to do so. Loan officers end up doing your job and you get stuck with a boring work day that’s repetitive and not very fulfilling. No raises available as well
