      smallish company so the variety of work responsibilities is wide. Managers are skilled and helpful.

      Cons

      working at Boxworks requires a lot of travel and the ability to work with little or no supervision

      Pros

      Management seems to genuinely care for their employees and are great examples of great work ethic. There are many opportunities to learn different technologies. Management and other employees are great to work beside. Good compensation for your experience level.

      Cons

      Small company = limited opportunities to advance and grow After-hours customer support can sometimes be difficult Limited resources can be taxing on responsible teams

      Pros

      Everyone is extremely smart and fun to work with. Management can crank out code right along with the grunt developers. Flex work hours and reasonable expectations/rules. See immediate and direct results from your work. High job satisfaction with hands on experience. Ability to gain real world experience very quickly.

      Cons

      Small company that isn't 100% stable. Some of the technology used is old or proprietary which doesn't help people stay marketable.
