Flexible work culture, young employee force, fast response from management, choice for implanting innovative techniques, good financial and accounting backup from promoters, mostly professional managers
Cons
Professional managers not groomed well to corporate environment, retired bureaucrats interfering in operations, young untrained staff mostly filled by outgoing erstwhile bureaucrats, compensation not in line with industry, compensation not good for talented and trained people.
