      - Small firm with close group of like-minded investors and employees - Gives a balance of autonomy alongside professional development and collaboration - Great location in Coconut Grove (Miami, FL) - Invests in companies often over looked by institutional investors and provides significant value through financial and operational improvements. - Hands-on investment strategy with close partnerships with management teams and other stakeholders - Young firm with a great growth story - Shared economics and work - International holiday parties (i.e., shark diving in Bahamas, Cuba)

      - It took 3 weeks for management to stock the beer keg in the new kitchen - I have to install printer drivers weekly
