You do the same exact thing every single day. One of the most regimented places I’ve ever worked. Not much room to learn or do something different if you stay in the same department. I also get the vibe that seniority is more important than skill to them there. Kinda a communist feel if you know what I mean…everything is very fair, too fair where if you work really hard and try to get a raise or promoted it doesn’t matter because there’s someone else that’s been there longer.
