Flexible middle management, work from home etc.

Cons

Global company, teams meetings at inconvenient hours to suit people in other time zones. Staffing is always too much on the lean side which can be stressful.

Cons

Very few cons but some of the internal processes are a little clunky. Bradken is great at listening to feedback and correcting.
