- Company structure gives CTO too much control over non-CTO departments. This results in poor delivery times within tech and product. IT are super slow to action requests
- Commercial sales, needs a more experienced team, and not in Ljubljana
- Cert team struggles, so commercial suffers
- Culture and Cronyism is a problem, because if you are not from the main office and nor speak their language, you are excluded - little info is shared. FACT! Unfortunate, but true. Many have been in the company so long and will not do more until CTO approves. Many have no other international experience but are leaders in their roles...keeping things the same as they were 5 years ago. No change. No accountability whatsoever - or changes when things/people fail.
