On time salary. Good quiet location.

Cons

Repetitive work. Nothing new can be learnt here as there is no one with any proper experience. Don't be fooled by the buzzwords like IOT, ML etc. that they use on their website. Irritating, incapable and inefficient management. Long work hours. Join this place if you would like to solder for 9 hours a day and run errands for the company.

It's a startup so you'll learn much more beyond your job role.

Cons

They will make you work for literally 11 - 12 hours a day for minimum wage. Extremely underpaid job.
