End to end recruitment activities 4. Sitting through pitches from entrepreneurs 5. General management ranging from scheduling interviews, coordinating with different sets of people 6. Business valuations 7. Marketing plans 8. Business Development 9. Forging partnerships and alliances
Cons
1. Since it’s a startup work starts early and deadlines are pretty tight however work from home flexibility is there. 2. A lot of multitasking is required at times you are doing/managing too many things at one point
