Pros
Fast-paced and exciting environment - Working at BrainCO is a great to get involved in the latest and greatest BMI technology. You will be surrounded by talented and motivated people who are passionate about their work. Opportunities for growth and development - The company is always looking for ways to improve and grow. This means there always is the opportunity to learn new skills and take on new challenges. A sense of ownership and responsibility - At BrainCo, I love having the opportunity to make a real impact on the company and the product users. Love being involved in all aspects of the business, from product development to marketing to customer service.
Cons
There are always cons for any company anyone works for. Working at BrainCo is just about the same as working for any biotech startup type of company out there. There are definitely times when I need to work overtime and even over the weekend or holidays. Startup being startup, it is not going to be as structured as corporate America. I don't mind the cons because to me the reward is much bigger.

- Fast growing company with opportunities to make significant impact at any level - Meaningful work helping people in the prosthetics, education, mental wellness industries - Leaders care about their teams, everyone is working together to better the company and provide growth for team members - Opportunity to be a leader in an nascent industry, brain-computer interface
Cons
- Company is working through normal startup growing pains, so don't expect everything to be as cushy as a big company, but that's what makes it fun/exciting/meaningful
