      Pros

      It is a great place to work for creative individuals... Work environment is flexible and non-restrictive... Allows for individual merits to grow... Top management is accessible to everyone... All feedback is respectfully received whether it is possible to implement or not...

      Cons

      The executive team manage huge challenges constantly... Due to the non-conventional and start-up work environment, it is difficult for individuals from a conventional prior experience to understand and appreciate the challenges... This has lead to unhappiness among team members...

      Pros

      Best environment. Flexibility to experiment. Awesome team members to work.

      Cons

      Bad management decisions. No salary disbursed from 4 to 6 months in a stretch. No proper compensation to the appraisals. No proper data points appraisals but merely rely on silly observations. Fake promises from the management team. No feedback taken from the management team. at times resort to silly gossips.

      There is nothing like pros. very rarely salaries are paid that too for selected people. the pros is its your luck if you are selected for salary.

      Cons

      Salary delays for months. there are people who have not got salary for 7 months
