      Pros

      Work from home, leave you alone.

      Cons

      It has a cult feeling to it. Either you buy the BS they try to sell you, fall in line or you get fired. Lots of turnover and highly unethical practices. But you wouldn’t know it as it won’t be discussed.

      Pros

      Great people, extremely talented group. Flexible work schedule and autonomy to ‘run your business’. Leadership is willing to invest time and technology for you. Extremely strong marketing team at our disposal.

      Smaller organization still, could use an upgrade in certain policies and back-office procedure. Ineffective incentive via comp to cross-sell All practices operate individually, so culturally there are multiple identities both internal and external

      Pros

      I’ve never worked for a more supportive and compassionate firm in my career. Leadership sets expectations, provides the tools and support to achieve your goals, and gives you honest constructive feedback.

      Cons

      Some growing pains, a few hires that didn’t work out (no fault of the Management Team), but the leadership is willing to invest in you (training, tech, feedback, support, guidance).
