      Lots of opportunity to learn in a fast paced environment. Everyone is very switched on and ready to share knowledge.

      Pros

      My immediate team members were great. On the whole the people at Brainlabs are smart, kind and fun to work with.

      Cons

      Working at Brainlabs destroyed my mental health. The senior leadership team are bullies who can't make up their minds which direction the company is going in. There's an awful lot of duplication because of this lack of strategic guidance. They deliberately cultivate an inclusive kind image and promise new recruits things they know won't materialise just to get people through the door because they are haemorrhaging staff. Commitment to DEI is non-existent and values are not lived by any of the senior team.

      Redundancies were made, don't believe review below

      Great people and great food

      Cons

      A not insignificant number of redundancies WERE made. People lost their livelihoods. It is outrageous that someone would promote this falsehood when people lost their jobs in the middle of a pandemic. Disgraceful.
