You get a better job if laid off you get to help desperate customers and become a good fibber or con artist why yes this is an OEM part , no it is not refurbished its brand new and yes this part cost a lot more that buying the whole unit but hey that's bizness

Cons

Management doesn't have a clue what the customer expectations are or what the employees do to attempt to meet the customer needs

Since 1979 Charles Hanna challenged the status quo and built an organization that proved viable and provided IT departments with options. The vision for multivendor services came in 1990 and once again Charles Hanna & Brains II achieved success. Brains II continues to be well positioned within this marketplace.

Cons

Working on service consolidation can be challenging. Co-delivering with the support of OEMs can be saturated with uncertainties. OEM's need to capture all revenue regardless of the requirement or the competitiveness of the situation at times hinders success.
