I had worked at some really bad places - this was the worst by far

Complete disregard for regulatory requirements and good manufacturing practices; equipment obtained at junk yards; lab furnishings, including hoods, work benches, and testing instruments; composed of pieces discarded by others; a culture of placing blame and animosity

Great place, managers need people skills

Great place to work, always offering OT in MFG. Bonuses are great. Employees are nice to work with. Normal 7-3

Cons

All managers should take classes monthly at least on how to talk to their people. When you can't stay for OT they literally beg you until you give in. Always short on staff to run the line, so they have you switching from room to room constantly. Trainings are not as effective as they should be, they quickly go over something and you Sign your training form. Always being rushed to turn over rooms.
