The Brake Parts Inc. employees and what we have build over the years are the only pro left of what is Brake Parts. We have not been BPI since July 2020. Any previous review posted between 7/2020 to current that presents this as a positive career is false, 200%. If we were still owned and operated under a private equity firm and David Overbeeke, I would tell you that this would be the ultimate place to work. I thought I was going to retire working for this company and with the people I have grown to love as family these passed years. This is NOT Brake Parts, this is First Brands Group. Google it, and the owner Patrick James. STAY AWAY AND NEVER APPY.

You will never know what your employment status will be. You will have false promises presented to you, zero company contributions to 401K, zero company contributions to HSA, NO RAISES. You will be responsible for taking on all of the work of employees who have been let go, or who have quit without compensation, training, or direction. Any reviews provided that appear to be positive between 7/2020-current are fabricated and untrue. Reach out to ANY past employee who was employed when FBG took over. The absolute worst company to work for, does not, and will not ever care about, or put their employees first.
