Pros
- Nice, but small, office in Buckhead, GA on 27th floor with great views - ~30 employees so there's an opportunity to know everyone (but socializing and befriending others at work is frowned upon and penalized unless you're one of the partners) - Terry is really nice
Cons
- Toxic workplace - Volatile managers (especially the Development Partner, Jack, who is a stuttering, egotistical, bipolar maniac) - Patronizing and condescending attitudes from partners who all think they're the smartest people in the room (which ends up being quite comical when they're meeting amongst themselves and you see the egos flare) - Lack of respect from managers - Employees are treated as tools instead of people - Close-minded mindset (group of people running the company are all 25+ years with Branch and have no outside perspective other than the abuse to employees they've normalized over the years)
