Pros

Flexible Schedule- decide if you want to work the job. Nice side income, the more events you work/the longer you have worked there is a set pay increase schedule. They pay for your ABC license.

Cons

Promos are sporadic, not a reliable source of income. Most times are not given information on the brands you need to represent, have to look up and study on your own time. For off premise you have to purchase the mixers, crackers, cups, liquor once again on your own time.
