Pros

Flexibility, good food on occasion, beer Fridays, some nice people.

Cons

Really really poor management. Embarrassingly inept. Slow to complete projects, lots of errors and rework. Difficult team members unwilling to share their knowledge or expertise. No HR, employees are leased from a PEO. Ridiculously high turnover. When business is bad they make up excuses to get rid of people, management our of touch with reality. Very few social media followers. One guy thinks he knows everything but doesn't get his work done. Funny they keep giving him teams to run. KT was only professional adult I experienced. The rest are whiny, entitled, textbook definition millennial. You also ran the risk of being physical ill due a frequent stench of raw sewage,

Pros

Very relaxed and easy going. Everyone is friendly and easy to get along with. Both Co-Presidents go out of their way to make you feel welcome.

Cons

None so far! It has been great so far.
