The people in the business really care for each other Feels like a genuine 'team' environment, everyone 'in it' together Reasonable and achievable targets Really great social element Founder who listens to feedback and adjusts the business accordingly

Cons

Would like some more fruit in the office... aside from that, everything else was great.
