      Pros

      Inspite of taking up a work and giving it on time with good results company only focus on collecting payments no proper analysing team for the work taken

      Cons

      No proper team always group politics no proper experienced staff no one to give quality and value for money of vendors all ways we get complaints for mistakes

      If you want to learn manipulation and office politics basic, go ahead.

      Cons

      Where should I even start... `-No work-life balance - No fix hours working (You have to take permission every day from the owner to leave for the day. She won't allow you then too!) -No fixed day of salary -The unlimited workload with unrealistic expectations -You cannot take leave. (They will literally insult you the very next day you got to work) I could only manage to work 3 months in this organization because of the horrific and traumatic atmosphere. During my tenure, at least 3-4 employees resigned. Soe of them within 2-3 days after joining. The list is endless!

      No pros .. they are running company as a shop

      The management is the worst..can't manage 10 people and are so rude in behavior , faking reviews and mistreating employees
