Pros

Fast growing company so you get to learn a lot

Cons

It's like working for mean girls. Even the HR is horrible! Some of the things that came out of her mouth were shocking and needed to be reported. There was also a HIPPA violation. Senior management was even worse!

Blind leading the blind

Pros

Small remote company, good as a stepping stone.

Cons

Working at BrandJump was one of the most frustrating experiences of my professional career. The management's incompetence and lack of concern for employees' well-being made it a deeply unsatisfying place to work. From the start, there was a clear lack of organization and communication from the top down. Expectations were often unclear, and when they were communicated, they frequently changed without notice. This created a chaotic work environment where it was nearly impossible to keep up with shifting priorities. The management's attitude towards employees was also disheartening. Constructive feedback was rare, and when mistakes were made, the response was often punitive rather than supportive. There was no effort to help employees grow or improve; instead, there was a pervasive culture of blame. Promises of career advancement and professional development went unfulfilled. It felt like management was more interested in extracting as much work as possible without providing any real opportunities for growth or reward. Overall, working for BrandJump was a deeply unsatisfying experience due to the poor management and toxic work culture. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a supportive and well-managed workplace. This place is literal definition on the blind leading the blind. No one seems to know what they are doing here.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are very sorry to hear that this was your experience at BrandJump. We are always working toward creating a work environment that is positive and supportive, so it’s disheartening to hear that we fell short in your case. Your comments about how we can improve around communication, organization, workload and management are heard, and we already have a number of initiatives in progress to address these issues, including adding team members, adding technology, creating career paths and developing a culture manifesto (to name a few!). Our leadership team is committed to making sure the work we’re doing gets to the root of the concerns you’ve shared, and we will aim to do better at how we communicate these to the overall team. If you’re open to sharing more about your experience, please feel free to reach out to us directly. --Josh Walter, CEO
